SKINLESS STUDIO ships worldwide from Berlin, Germany. We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders.

You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering, and a tracking code. Please allow processing time of up to 5 working days.

Estimated delivery from dispatch:

• Germany — 1–2 working days

• Europe & UK — 2–4 working days

• USA & Canada — 3–5 working days

• Australia, New Zealand & Asia — 4–7 working days

• Rest of the World — 5–9 working days

Customs
Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. Any associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure a smooth delivery, please monitor your tracking code and email inbox regularly. The courier will contact you directly if any local fees require clearance before final delivery.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or non-collection, we will process a refund excluding shipping costs

Returns
Every bag is made by hand and one of a kind. Please consider your purchase mindfully. Due to the nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns unless an error on our part has occurred. If so, please contact us at skinless.studio@gmail.com within 14 days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We stand behind what we make. If your piece needs attention, reach out at skinless.studio@gmail.com. Cover shipping both ways and we'll take care of it.
